PRELAUNCH PRIVACY NOTICE · September 10, 2026
This notice covers the DontSolicit website, sample-data previews, and launch list. It does not describe a live privacy-protection service or grant access to your accounts.
Launch setup, including our public mailing address, must be finalized before the launch list opens. This prelaunch notice describes the intended signup flow; it will be reviewed and finalized before collection is enabled.

You do not need to connect an account to browse. The product examples use sample data and keep interactive choices in page memory. We do not use advertising pixels or session-replay scripts in this website build. Hosting and security providers may process ordinary connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the site.
If signup is enabled and you choose to join, we request your email address, your interest in personal or business protection, and your consent to launch emails. A phone number and interest in future text updates are optional. We also keep confirmation status, signup and update timestamps, consent version, delivery timing, and unsubscribe preferences. Email addresses are represented by a keyed digest for deduplication; email and optional phone details are stored encrypted. Confirmation and unsubscribe tokens are stored as hashes.
The launch form does not ask for identity documents, passwords, payment information, or access to your inbox. Do not provide those details in the form.
We use launch-list information to confirm your email, manage your preferences, prevent abuse, and provide the launch and early-access updates you requested. Adding a phone number records interest only. Text updates are not active, and phone verification plus text-consent confirmation will be required before any texts.
We do not sell launch-list information or use it to build advertising audiences.
The launch-list implementation uses Neon for database storage and Resend for confirmation-email delivery. Cloudflare processes website requests for hosting and security. Those providers receive the information needed for their functions. Launch contact details are not sent to an AI model by the signup flow.
The launch database is accessible through the server, not directly from your browser. Abuse prevention uses a keyed digest of the request IP address; the waitlist database does not store the raw IP. Infrastructure logs may still contain ordinary request information.
Our planned cleanup limits are 30 days for unconfirmed and unsubscribed launch records, and 12 months for confirmed launch records. Expired rate-limit records are also removed. The daily cleanup schedule must be operational before the launch list opens. Retention in provider logs and backups is separate and will be finalized as part of launch operations.
Joining is optional. Email confirmation requires a deliberate confirmation step. You can unsubscribe using the link in launch emails. You can request access, correction, or deletion through the published privacy contact when the list opens; available legal rights depend on your location.
Unsubscribing deletes the encrypted email and phone payload and associated confirmation tokens from the launch record, disables text interest, and marks the record unsubscribed. A keyed email digest may be kept temporarily to honor the opt-out.
We will update this notice as launch operations change. Before live protection becomes available, we will publish a service-specific notice explaining connected-account data, permissions, providers, retention, and user controls. Joining the launch list does not authorize any of those future activities.
